I'm interested in viewing my invoices, statements, and making payments online. How do I set this up?
  1. During business hours (M-F 7:30am to 5:00pm ET), call our Customer Care department at 1-877-776-4966. Our friendly associate will walk you through the setup process.
  2. Please allow 10 minutes for setup time (original user setup). When finished, we will provide you a username and password, so you will have full access online.
  3. Nixon Medical Xpress is the online portal where you can view, print, and download invoices, statements, and payment history.
  4. Xpress Pay is an additional feature where you can pay with a credit card online.
I’m interested in setting up multiple users, can I do this?
  1. Yes, call our Customer Care department at 1-877-776-4966. Our friendly associate will walk you through the process.
  2. Please allow 5 minutes for setup time for each additional user setup.
I need to reset my password. How do i do this?

We can certainly help with password resets. Please call our Customer Care department at 1-877-776-4966. Our friendly associate will walk you through the process.

How do I view invoices, statements, and payment history online (Nixon Medical Xpress)?
  1. Go to http://connect.nixonmedical.com and log into your account.
  2. You will see the Financial Information option on the home page blue bar. From there, you can select:
    1. View Invoices
    2. View Statements
    3. View Payments
Can I change how the screen is organized?
  1. Nixon Medical Xpress allows for some column organization.
  2. Go to the right side of the page and look for the edit button which looks like 3 horizontal bars.
  3. This will allow you to add/remove columns.
  4. You can also resize columns or click-and-drag columns to change the order.
How do I pay my invoices online (Xpress Pay)?
  1. Select Financial Information and View Invoices.
  2. Select All Open Invoices and click the green Show
  3. Click the box under the left column Pay Now.
  4. Once selected, click the white Pay Now button.
  5. Pay the amount shown by clicking the blue Pay Now
  6. Enter your credit card information.
  7. Click the Pay Now button.
  8. Click on View Payments to see the payment posted.
Do you accept all major credit cards? How about debit cards? How about ACH/EFT?
  1. Yes, we do accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
  2. No, we do not accept debit cards.
  3. No, we do not accept ACH/EFT.
